Another day of heat and still no air....

Well let me just say that I AM NOT a happy camper!!!! We are having to stay yet another night at mama and daddy's so I am about to pack another bag.
Yesterday Terrell's told me they would be here first thing Wednesday morning. Then this morning it turned out they needed to go to another house first because they had to get in an attic while it was cool. Cool? At 8:00 am this morning it was already hot and humid! Anyway, I was to expect them by 12:30. At 2:00 I received a phone call that they were on the way. Now Terrell's is only across town. They arrived at 4:00!!!! By 5:15 it begins to storm so they have to stop and s0on inform me they are leaving for the day. I have a hole in the side of my house and I sure hope no critters crawl through it and decide to take up residence.
I've just called Brett to tell him to go to mama and daddy's. At least the rain had cooled things off somewhat so I could do some things around the house. Zoe is the only one that doesn't seem to mind the heat. She's napping in the chair and relaxing. Keeping my fingers crossed that it will be extremely COLD in my house tomorrow by this time!!
