Each afternoon the rain rolls in and covers the farm replenishing the soil. We had worked in the yards all day on Saturday and then the rains came once again. After the clouds cleared and the rain stopped. A very large and colorful rainbow was over the sunflower field across from the house. When we really looked at it closely you could see another one faintly above it. Two rainbows at once.......something very rare!
Last night we had the Rogers' Family Reunion. It was a great dinner catered and everyone had a wonderful time catching up. Several of us came back to Rogers Rd for some games of pool and more catching up. The girls talked for hours while the guys played pool. We are planning a cookout at the house very soon.
