Did you know??????

I know that I write about our dog a great deal but she is basically our amusement and the center of the house. Zoe is like a child and wants constant attention and gets very jealous when Brett and I show affection. She thinks she needs to separate us and then get the attention for herself. She's so comical and she is more like a child than just her personality! The last time I took her too the vet he gave me a "Puppy Pack" with information to read up on. It tells you that puppies loose their teeth between three and six months of age. I've had dogs growing up but they were always outside dogs and I got Darcey after she was a year old so Zoe has been a hoot!!!!
She's been loosing her baby teeth. At first it was a couple of front teeth...tiny ones. But this Saturday I found SIX!!! Six, count them...and they were not small. These were her back molars. And after this discovery we found it was difficult to each her puppy chow. She would roll the food around in her mouth until it got soft enough to chew. Poor thing.....so Brett decided we needed to purchase some softer food until her new adult teeth come in. I never knew that puppies lost all of their teeth and got new ones. It's funny to see teeth laying around the house. We are taking count. She's doubled in size since we got her on June 7th. We had to buy her a larger bed because she has outgrown her old bed. I don't think that it helps that she thinks she must put all her toys in their with her.

On some other notes......Brett started his new job today at the Mascot. He is learning all aspects of the business until January when he will be setting up the new inventory software system to keep track of all the products and quality control. He really liked today but was tired when he got home. They had him in the candy factory today to see how all the machines work and what the different crews do. He said that he didn't think he'd have a chocolate craving anytime soon since he smelled it all day!!!!

And a special congratulations to April!!! She's engaged and it's her birthday!!!!! She's been through so much but only to come through it all so much stronger. She dated Brian for a while but soon found out he was like a lot of guys who can't make up their mind....only to find her Mr. Right!!! She and Marshall got engaged this past Saturday! I know that she'll be happy and live a life full of love! Yeah April!!!! I knew when you caught the bouquet at our wedding it wouldn't be too much longer!! Love ya girl!
