Chicken and Mushroom Rice














1 can cream of mushroom
3/4 cups uncooked rice
4 boneless chicken breast
1 cup water
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika

In a 2 quart backing dish mix all ingredients. Place chicken over rice mixture. Sprinkle with pepper and paprika. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

  1. might could do that with cream of chicken with chicken fingers... let me know how it turns out... if it is good, i may have to give it a whirl Friday... give them all a real shock!
