I am feeling much better. Not as much coughing, although the meds are making me tired. I helped mama snap beans today after she picked them and then came home for a nap. I had intended on going to Savannah to do a little honeymoon shopping but just didn't feel like driving.
I did go out in the backyard and get some pics of the little lambs. They are just so cute. Eating their way through the pasture and bahhing every other second. Darcy still has not gotten used to them and refuses to walk towards the field with me.
Later on I decided to ride to town to get dinner at the Dairy Queen because I am taking a break from cooking since Brett isn't here. I took Darcy with me since she loves to go for rides in the car. When I went through the drive through she made new friends and got a free icecream cup out of the trip!!! I let her enjoy some of the trip while we waited on the food and saved the rest for when we got back home. I saw Matthew with his grandparents waiting for their to go orders. Must be a night for the DQ!!
Now Darcy is napping with her belly full and I am about to watch Bride Wars!
