When I got back at 5:30 to pick her up she was completely spaced out!!! She was like a rag doll and just flopped down on my shoulder. I put her in the car in her bed and she slept hard until 9:30 that night. I had to check once to see if she was even breathing.
This is what you call a drunk dog......
She now has a yellow cast. This one is not wrapped tight. Dr. Lynn said her bone appeared to be mending quickly and this one will slide off her leg. If and when it does she should be back to her normal rambunctious self!!
Today after I had gotten back from Savannah I noticed she was laying in the back storage room looking into a mirror I have propped up on the wall. When we first got her she thought it was another dog. Today she was laying in front of it and staring at her reflection. Then she inched slowly and licked the mirror, pulling back quickly. I watched as she did this twice wondering when the "other dog" would kiss her back. She got up and turned around of course when I got the camera.
Poor Zoe!
