Trick or Treat?

Saturday was way too warm to be October 31st and Halloween. Brett had to work all day so I painted and cleaned house. I also had to bake a couple of things for a bridal shower I was helping to host on Sunday. Brett got home around 7:00 and was really tired but we decided to go to the Halloween party in Claxton, even if it was for a little while.
He never could decide what he wanted to be this week so while I was getting dressed he decided he would be Caesar since I was going to be Helen of Troy. Well, that did not work out so well as I tried to wrap the sheet around him and get it to fit right. Mine did turn out pretty good and their was even someone else that had my idea at the party too. Brett ended up as Jason from Friday the 13th. Next year, we are going to start planning early. One couple went as bees - the guy was a "worker" bee with a yellow hard hat and the girl was the "queen" bee with a tiara! Love that idea!! Brett already has his planned for next year.

Brett had to work again today so we left the party early to get back home. I slept in this morning and then found it was nice and cool outside.  Loved the weather but by the end of the day it had warmed up and now it's back to the cool air. I wish it would stay this way!!!
