Everyone is decorating for Christmas.....Lowe's and Wal-Mart had Christmas stuff out LoNg before Halloween was here! It makes me want to start decorating our house. But what I need to do is start shopping! I usually have so much bought and put away by now. I rally need to get on the ball. The pharmacies and McCurdy's are all decorated too. SOO MUCH TO DO!
I remember as a child you would frantically wait for Christmas catalogs to come in the mail so you could make your list to Santa. Brett and I were talking about that the other day while we were in Sears. Men have "Wish Book" catalogs for tools. Do they still have them for all the children's toys? Now are the days of internet shopping, Wal-Mart, and Toys-R-Us!
I had to go to Wal-Mart this morning for the school and there was an entire display of children's toys when you walked in the door - Easy Bake Ovens, games, create your own jewelry sets.....SO much! I remember my Easy Bake Oven.....wonder if mama still has it in the attic?
I am still a child at heart when it comes to Christmas! Can't wait but it will be here before we know it!
