Yesterday was a full day! I didn't get to post anything yesterday because we were in Statesboro at my "Monograms & Mimosas" brunch until 2:00. Hillari & her mom really went out on brunch and I got some really cute gifts! It was fun seeing everyone and catching up. I got home around 3:00 in just enough time to unload my gifts from the car, go through them once again, and get ready for shower number 2 in Springfield. Brett rushed in about 5:00 (when we should have been leaving) from his golf game. We left at 5:25 and headed to Effingham county for a Couples Cookout. They went all out too. They had two tables set up for gifts - one for Brett & one for me. After dinner and drinks we had to open our gifts one by one taking turns. We got SO much stuff!!! His Pathfinder was loaded down! Not exaggerating but we could not see out the back glass and the back seat was completely full too!! We had a really good time. It was so nice finally meeting more friends of Brett's. Our parents had a ball too. We opted not to go out downtown afterwards but to come home and rest. We left the gifts in the car and relaxed....only it was by then midnight. We had a really great time and got a ton of great gifts!!! Four down and six to go!!!
